Some online shops (no names mentioned) wouldnt give a damn, and would just send whatever is ordered.

last month i ordered an Apogee GTZ Water cooling block, (nice price to) royal mail sent to wrong address (god bless insured & tracked mail), this morning i report the issue, to be told "You will receive a replacement tmorrow (07/04/10) pre 13:00, is this ok?"
Not only is it ok, its flippin great to see a company that is willing to even chase Royal mail, (that is some task aswell) and provide a replacement and ship via next day special.

Amazing service, decent competitive pricing and a friendly voice to speak to on the phone for a change.

Yet again, C&C keep customer satisfaction top of their list.

Twice i have placed orders (granted not very big ones) exceptionally close to cut off point for next day via 1st Class, and both times they have arrived next day, (apologies if it made u run round like a loon lol)

Cannot award enough praise to these guys, outstanding at all times, great value products, brilliant customer relation skills.
Now top of my list for online PC mod shopping.

its good to order from a company, that does many things, for examle -
1) Always willing to advise on hardware
2) Always sends items well packaged
3) Always answers the phone
4) Remembers a customers name
5) Listens to customer stock requests (sentry 2 )
